We are Brent Community Housing Cooperative situated in North West London. We have been operating for over 30 years in the UK.
BCH works closely with the London Borough of Brent, managing portfolios across Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham. We also work with large Housing Associations such as Circle 33, and Stadium.
We have enormous experience of managing and maintaining both short-term and permanent properties. Over the years, we nave acquired expertise and skills in providing fully comprehensive estate management to smaller housing cooperatives who do not have the resources to manage their own stock.

In 1975, 130 single people occupying 12 houses on Christchurch Avenue and Chatsworth Road in Cricklewood, London approached Brent Council to recognize them as a Residents Association named Kilburn Community Housing. In 1977, Carlton ward councillor Cyril Shaw supported the granting of further license on Princess Road in Kilburn-Park and on Willesden Lane in Harlesden, from Brent Council and the Residents Association become the fully mutual Housing Co-operative, Brent Community Housing. By 1978, BCH was being offered licenses on a regular basis across Brent.
